2010 HEATHCOTE SHIRAZ
 

Fruit was sourced from the famed Cambrian soils for the first vintage of Shiraz. Shows a lovely purple hue in the glass and plenty of ripe, black fruit on the initial nose. The first sip delivers a lovely dense mouth feel with flavours of blood plums, chocolate and spice all evident. Soft, fine tannins help this medium bodied wine that provides a mouth filling, rich finish.

2010 LE CORBEAUX MELANGE
'THE RAVEN'S BLEND'

This first vintage produced from Shiraz, Cabernet and Merlot shows a distinct, drier, savory style of wine. This is a soft, plush wine with a decadent nose of violets and dark fruit. There are plenty of firm, grippy tannins with some lovely fruit showing – blueberries and black cherry with a finish that lingers and draws you back to the bottle for another sneaky glass… or two!

BOWMAN WINES is a partnership between young wine maker Sam Bowman and wine/hospitality & marketing professional Ash Raeburn. This was developed with the pair having a passion for fine wine, dining and enjoyment.

Bowman Wines seek to produce wines that not only reflect the nuances of renowned wine regions but express their different personalities.

Bowman Wines source premium fruit and by adapted old world winemaking techniques produce a wine that fully expresses the characteristics of the particular region.
